What is HeyArtisan and what products or services do you offer?

HeyArtisan is a gift studio based in Manila Philippines. We offer personalized, curated and artisanal gift items and favors for weddings or any occasion. (We are flexible, yes!) We specialize in highly curated items, meaning, we do our best to pick the best gift choices, plus making it more unique through premium personalization.

Do you also offer curated gift boxes?

Yes, we offer curated gift boxes. This option lets us choose the content of the gift boxes that perfectly match your event or theme, talk to us via our chat channels so we can send you a special form — this way we’d know what to best suggest for you. 

Do you also offer monogram or logo design services?

So, you want a monogram or a logo on your items but don’t have it yet? No worries, it’s on us – for FREE. After placing the order on our website, get your Order No. and talk to us via chat, our designers will give you up to three (3) monogram or logo layouts, at no cost at all. Just pure <3

How do I request personalization of the items?

When placing an order, just fill up the field that asks for the personalized name. Note that for multiple quantity, please add the item to your cart one by one so you can fill up the name individually (not adding multiple qty at once). This part is important for us, so we can craft your items correctly and perfectly with less hassle and talking <3

Shipping Information

How long is the order processing?

Most (if not all) of our products are personalized, so it usually takes 3-4 weeks for the processing time. Some orders takes faster, some are not – it depends on the item and the season. In a rush? Let us know, talk to us via chat and let’s see what we can do!

How long is the shipping/delivery?

When the order is ready for shipping, it normally takes 2-5 days to get to your door. (Note that this is the average delivery leadtime, NOT the order processing time.) Our logistics partners will provide shipping and tracking information so you can monitor the delivery of your package. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on weight and dimensions, and your shipping address. You will determine the exact shipping costs when you are ready to place your order; it will be automatically computed. Normally, shipping starts at P180 for Luzon deliveries.

Do you ship internationally?

We can, but it depends. Let us know about your intent via chat – the items that you want, the dates you plan to have it, and the country you want to ship it to. During our chat we’ll give you our shipping quotation and the estimated time it will arrive to you.

Payment Information

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via Credit Cards or Debit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, or JCB) as well GCash, or Bank Transfer options. We currently don’t accept third party payment methods like Cebuana or Western Union. Due to the nature of the items, we also do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option.

Is buying online safe?

Absolutely! Our site does not in any way take credit card information from our customers, nor take or sell your personal information to other organization/s. Rest assured that your information is safe and that we do not tolerate any form of security risks and fraud in our website.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Choose the items that you want to order by adding them to your cart, and then follow the checkout instructions accordingly. It’s easy, we promise!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to order, you can also place an order as a guest.

My product is damaged, how can I return a product?

If the product you received is damaged or not in a good, usable condition, please report to us within three (3) days of receipt. We will replace the damaged items at no cost. This is our guarantee.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Paid orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. If there are minor order changes, however (e.g. change of personalized names, addition of few items), let us know so that you won’t incur any additional shipping costs.

How do I track my order?

You can track the status of your order here . You will also be notified via email or via SMS for this information. For the status of the delivery/logistics, we will provide a separate tracking number and the link where you can monitor its status.

Do you have a physical store?

We currently don’t have any physical studio or store, and only operate 100% online at the moment.
